Save Miffland

Katie Cierzan's flat, with all the problems that accompany age and probable neglect by landlords, is still, in so many ways, better than the overpriced crap the developers would build in its place. Miffland has an illustrious history and is at least more affordable than the cheap, generic, plastic boxes Madison's real estate moguls would put up. When there's money to be made, the developers will knock down just about anything, including structures that are more solid and attractive than say, University Avenue's "Lucky Apartments."
