Some things just never leave my musical-obsessive mind. I hadn't actually heard this strange bit of a jingle for over thirty-five years. But the ad-men types really know what works on a subliminal level; the tune was running around inside just a week or three ago. Yes, the "Mannix" theme remained, and will remain till death, indelibly impressed in my alleged cerebellum.
