Good Ruling. Rare kind of Decision

I am not a legal expert, so I cannot comment on whether this ruling will have an overlapping, positive effect - putting the brakes on all those highly discriminatory "Voter-ID" measures implemented by numerous states in recent years. Including the one imposed right here in Wisconsin.
