Mealevolent Madison restaurants proliferate and prevail

Neologism of the week: "Mealevolent." It describes the exorbitant price, the quality of service, the miniscule portions, and the quality of the food at MOST Madison restaurants. The vast majority are SO over-rated, it's no doubt resulted in Madison becoming a national culinary laughing stock! Major exceptions include the following excellent places to dine out: Bandung; Bluephies; Plaka, Palmyra Mediterranean Grill; "You Like" Chinese all-you-can-eat buffet off Odana Rd.; and El Jalapeno on Midvale Blvd near the West Beltline entrance.
