That late great National Lampoon!

The "National Lampoon" was a contemptuous, terrible, irreverent, sadistic and highly misogynist publication that would probably make "The Onion's" editors blanch. It was also drop-dead hilarious, on a frequent basis. I pity those who don't have access to its archives, or those who neglected to save their dog-eared copies, precious as fresh rainwater in a Saharan barrel.
