Question: Who is probably the most powerful, certainly the most most politically influential and perhaps the richest LIBERTARIAN in America? Answer: It's one of the guys pictured below, the one named David. His malignant brother Charles ranks pretty high up on the list of Libertarian criminals too. Really, one need say no more, say no more at all about the true nature of "Libertarianism" in the USA. A genuinely selfish economic doctrine, if not THE most selfish ever conceived! I'm really just "calling a spade a spade." These people call themselves Libertarians, or at least David does. David Koch was the Libertarian Party's vice presidential candidate in1980. But "Libertarianism" may, and probably does, carry significantly different connotations here in USA from what it does in Europe, and perhaps the UK. Here in the USA, it generally refers to individuals who worship the erroneously named "Free Enterprise System," demand that the government stay out of the affairs of Capitalist endeavors, and advocate for little if ANY regulation, including but not limited to environmental regulation, of private business.
