Art Deco declamation

I've spent much time in Miami, and especially love the Art Deco District in Miami Beach. I even took photos, including a great shot of this very house on Star Island. (Gotta upload my Miami pics to Facebook.) But I bet the homeless living under the freeways of Miami-Dade County, of whom there are many, would take exception to Doctor Leonard Hochstein's claim: “'The house is not habitable, and renovating it, while keeping the shell, is also not possible,' Dr. Hochstein said.
